jitbaj Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jitbaj website accessible at https://jitbaj.vip, including all pages, subpages, betting interfaces, casino game environments, and account management areas.
• "User", "You", "Your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "jitbaj" means the operator of the jitbaj platform and all affiliated entities responsible for the provision of services described herein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable balance awarded to a User pursuant to a jitbaj promotion.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event or casino game outcome through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jitbaj. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. jitbaj recommends that you review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the document header.

Use of the jitbaj Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jitbaj strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the jitbaj Platform or any affiliated service.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity or using the Platform for commercial purposes without express written consent from jitbaj.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of jitbaj services, including placing bets and playing casino games, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. jitbaj will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must notify jitbaj immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• jitbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.

All financial transactions on the jitbaj Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jitbaj does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jitbaj bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. jitbaj reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the Account and that is registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Before any withdrawal is processed, jitbaj may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.

Processing Times: Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour during standard operating hours (BST). Requests submitted outside peak hours, or requiring additional verification, may take up to 24 hours. jitbaj will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All bets placed on jitbaj are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the jitbaj system and a confirmation reference is issued. No bet is valid until this confirmation is received.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet is placed in a live market where odds may change in real time prior to confirmation.
• jitbaj reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on markets that were published erroneously.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or communication failure during the placement of a bet, jitbaj will investigate and apply a resolution consistent with fair play. In cases of uncertainty, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Match-fixing and any form of collusion between bettors or between a bettor and a participant in a sporting event is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be associated with such activity will be permanently closed and relevant authorities notified.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet may be subject to limits specified on the Platform. jitbaj reserves the right to adjust stake limits and payout caps at any time.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your Account balance in BDT within the timeframe specified for each market.

jitbaj offers a casino game library sourced from third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following terms apply to all casino game play:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes conducted under controlled studio conditions. jitbaj does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's software provider and is disclosed within the game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the provider's standard disconnection policy. jitbaj will honour the outcome of any completed round.
• jitbaj reserves the right to void casino game results where there is evidence of software malfunction, exploitation of a software error, or use of third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Certain games may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider downtime, or regional restrictions. jitbaj will not be liable for temporary unavailability of specific titles.

jitbaj offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Account holders only. New user bonuses apply to first-time depositors exclusively.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, live casino games, and slots may contribute different percentages toward meeting the wagering requirement, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or exploiting an error in bonus crediting — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• jitbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Where a dispute arises regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, jitbaj's records shall be the definitive reference, and the decision of jitbaj's compliance team shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitbaj Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with events offered for betting on the Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to regular users through the standard browser interface.
• Colluding with other users or with any third party to gain an unfair betting or gaming advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such use is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jitbaj staff or other users via any communication channel provided by the Platform.

All intellectual property on the jitbaj Platform — including but not limited to the jitbaj brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text content, software code, and all proprietary data — is owned by or licensed to jitbaj and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the personal, non-commercial purpose of placing bets and playing casino games. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of jitbaj.

jitbaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jitbaj will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our obligations to you. jitbaj is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from the Account settings dashboard. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitbaj, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, jitbaj is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or network disruptions outside jitbaj's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from betting or casino play, which are an inherent risk of gambling that you accept upon use of the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.
• Any action taken by jitbaj in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or bet voidance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jitbaj's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jitbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

jitbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised document will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. For material changes, jitbaj will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address or contact method associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jitbaj operates as an online platform serving users in Bangladesh and complies with applicable legal requirements in that jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jitbaj's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. jitbaj's decision on all operational matters — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account management — shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
